There is an ASUS catagory for M5A97 and Win-10 64 Bit and have opened the question there. None the less if anyone has any thoughts about Case Fan control let me know. However u may lose connection if u are trying to do that via a USB device (Keyboard, Mouse) so I would suggest doing it via a PS/2 Mouse if u can. I have ASUS as to Win-10 support (attached below).
